The restaurant is conveniently located a 3-minute walk from Shin-Nihonbashi Station, and serves the finest Tosa cuisine.
Upon entering the restaurant, the aroma of fragrant dried bonito wafts through the air, whetting one's appetite.

Enjoy "Dashi Shabu", a bonito dish that is not only grilled bonito.
One dish we highly recommend is the "Katsuo Dashi Shabu," which is a shabu shabu shabu made with freshly shaved bonito flakes.
Using ultra-thin honkare shavings shaved in the restaurant, customers can experience a melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness with a mellow aroma.
Please enjoy it with generous amounts of freshly shaved dried bonito flakes.
One of the charms of this dish is that you can enjoy different flavors at once, thanks to the perfect combination of seasonal vegetables.
Of course, don't forget to try the straw-roasted bonito tataki!
